Kjetil Grønskag (1964)
Chairman of the board
Mr. Grønskag holds a master of General Business (siviløkonom) from Handelshøyskolen BI and is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. Mr. Grønskag has a long experience from international banking. Mr. Grønskag has previously held several external board positions and sits currently on the board of inter alia Odfjell Drilling Ltd., some Odfjell Drilling subsidiaries, Pertra ASA and Range Petroleum Ltd. He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in London, UK.
Thor Bjørdal (1964)
Vice Chairman
Besides the position as Vice Chairman of the board of RomReal Ltd., Mr. Bjørdal is an owner and Partner in Colliers Corporate AS. Prior to joining Colliers Corporate AS, Mr. Bjørdal was the founder and CEO of Bjørdal Colliers Partners (1993-2005). Mr. Bjørdal is Chairman of Bjørdal Holding AS, Colliers Bjørdal Parntners AS, Bjørdal Invest AS and PadTech AS. Mr. Bjørdal is also member of the board in Colliers Corporate AS, Colliers Management AS, Køpstaden Axevalla AB, Munkerød 20:80 AB, Pol Nordic Group AS, SweNor Real Estate AB in addition to approximately 20-25 board positions in special purpose vehicles. Mr. Bjørdal holds a degree from MR Distriktshøyskole in business and administration (1985) and Norges Eiendomshøyskole (1987). He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.
Mihai Buia (1967)

Mr. Buia is Managing Partner in Morgan & Weber Inc, and has more than 12 years corporate finance experience. His activities include money raising and M&A advisory, mainly in the infrastructure sectors in Central and Eastern European markets. Mr. Buia’s experience includes positions as Managing Director of CA IB Corporate Finance (2005-2006), Director of HVB Bank (2002-2005), Banker in European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (2001-2002), Senior Manager in Citibank (1996-2001) and Project Manager with the Romanian Ministry of Finance (1992-1995). Mr. Buia holds a Master in Electrical Science from Technical University Bucharest – Electrical Engineering Faculty (1992) and a Master in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Management UQAN/McGill University (1995). He is a Romanian citizen and resides in Bucharest, Romania.
Jonas Bjerg (1963)
Board member
Jonas Bjerg is a partner of North Bridge, the London based Asset Management boutique and founder of RomReal. Jonas has 16 years’ experience in corporate finance and equity capital markets. He was previously involved in the management of RomReal during its first year of operation. Previous employers include Alfred Berg ABN Amro where he was Head of Corporate Finance for the London office, and McKinsey & Co. Jonas has an MSc Eng. specialization in Mathematics and Operations Analysis from the Technical University of Denmark and an MBA, from the MIT Sloan School.
Arve Nilsson (1961)
Board member
Arve Nilsson is an independent investor with extensive international experience in equity capital markets. Arve has over 22 years’ experience in equity sales, fund management and real estate investment. Previous employers include Carnegie both in Copenhagen and in London and Danske Bank in Copenhagen. Arve holds a master of General Business and Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
Erik Sture Larre (1962)
Board member
Erik Sture Larre, holds a Master degree in civil engineering from Milan Polytechnic University and has extensive experience within property and real estate development both in Norway, Eastern Europe and other markets. He is also CEO in several family companies which in addition to property own a large portfolio of listed equities and private equity. He holds several external directorships including the vice Chairmanship of Sparebank 1 Nord-Norge.
